1. Purpose of the Policy

The "Unlimited" plans and "High Resource Allocation" features provided by Idealsoft are designed to serve the typical needs of small to medium businesses. This Fair Usage Policy ensures that all our customers enjoy a fast, reliable, and high-quality service by preventing abuse of our hosting and bandwidth resources.

2. Unlimited Products & Storage

While our Pro plans may offer unlimited product listings or unlimited storage, this is subject to normal business usage. Accounts utilizing resources that negatively impact the performance of our shared server infrastructure or other customers will be requested to upgrade to a dedicated server environment or reduce their resource usage.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our hosting or website services for:

• Hosting massive media files (videos, high-res unoptimized images) not directly related to website functioning.
• File sharing, torrenting, or acting as a download mirror.
• Mass email marketing campaigns (spamming) from our standard servers.

4. Policy Enforcement

If an account exceeds reasonable usage limits, we will contact the account owner to discuss options. Idealsoft reserves the right to temporarily suspend or limit services if the excessive usage is causing immediate harm to our infrastructure.
