3. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are payable in advance. All payments are subject to GST as applicable. Unlimited plans are subject to our Fair Usage Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide necessary content, images, logos, and videos for their website unless content writing/creation services are explicitly purchased. Delay in providing content may delay the project completion.

5. Intellectual Property

Your data, logo, and content remain yours. The platform architecture, modules, and underlying code provided by Idealsoft remain our intellectual property unless a custom development transfer agreement is signed.
