Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Payments

As explicitly stated in our promotional materials, payments made for website development and subscription services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or the server/hosting has been provisioned.

2. Exception Cases

A partial or full refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the project has not yet been started by our team.
• If we fail to deliver the project as per the agreed-upon basic specifications within the maximum allowable timeframe, minus third-party costs (Domain, Hosting, SSL).

3. Third-Party Services

Charges related to Domain Names, Web Hosting, SSL Certificates, WhatsApp API charges, and Payment Gateway setup fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are purchased from third-party vendors on your behalf.

4. Cancellation Process
